What this service is
Touchstone Creative Group operates an internal text messaging service as part of its production management system. Employees and contractors can text a dedicated number to record reminders, notes and requests against live jobs, and to ask questions about their own work.
This service is for employees and contractors of Touchstone Creative Group only. It is not a consumer service, and it is not used for marketing, advertising or promotional messages of any kind.
How you opt in
Your mobile number is added to an allowlist inside our internal production management tool, by you or by an administrator at your request. Only numbers on that allowlist can use the service; messages from any other number are discarded.
The service replies only to messages you have sent to it first. It never initiates contact.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is determined by you — the service responds to messages you send. In typical use this is a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Touchstone Creative Group does not charge for this service.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation and nothing further.
You may also ask an administrator to remove your number from the allowlist, which takes effect immediately.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on this service for anything urgent or safety-critical.
